Admissions Procedures
Financial Information
With a payment plan, tuition is billed the
first Wednesday of each month. If payment is made by the 25th of
the same month, a 3% discount may be taken. If payment is not made
within 60 days of the invoice date, a 1.5% per month (18% per year) late
fee will be charged on the balance.
First Credit Hour - $350 Each additional credit hour - $450 Concert Choir- $200 Sports Fees/per sport/per child - $50 (must take a minimum of 1 credit hour)

Conventional Fees (Grades 1-8)
PACES (High School) Parents are billed monthly for the cost of PACES used that month by their students (grades 9-12). This cost varies directly with the amount of work completed by the student. An average cost is $15.00-$20.00 per month per child.
Home School Program Supply Fees Textbooks used by home school students will be pro-rated. PACES used by home school students will be billed as completed.
Additional Billable Supplies Baseball Uniform Rental - $40.00 per student Basketball Uniform Rental - $20.00 per student Volleyball Uniform Rental - $20.00 per student Choir Uniform Rental - $20.00 per student Elective workbooks - $3.50 each PACES - $2.50 each Flags (High School) - $1.00 each Micro Meals - $1.00 each Communication Envelope Late Fee - $.25 a day Other misc. student supplies - at cost Spanish Textbooks - at cost Broken items - at cost
Students participating in the following activities will raise funds. If enough monies are not raised for these events, parents will be billed for the remaining balance.
Supplies will be billed monthly and are due the 25th of the month. Invoices not paid within 60 days of invoice date are subject to a 1.5% per month (18% per year) finance charge on the outstanding balance.
