Enrollment Information

 

 

Admissions Procedures

1. Both parents visit the school.
2. Parents and students read this the Student Handbook thoroughly.
3. Request that your pastor send a letter of recommendation.
4. Submit an application accompanied by registration fee and previous report card(s).
5. Office will call both parents and pupil for an interview with the principal.
6. Parents will be notified of acceptance.
7. Return all necessary forms - Medical Reports, Parents' Pledge, Corporal Correction Release, Medical Release Authorization, etc.
8. Students will be placed according to credits earned, grades received, and standardized test results.

With a payment plan, tuition is billed the first Wednesday of each month.  If payment is made by the 25th of the same month, a 3% discount may be taken.  If payment is not made within 60 days of the invoice date, a 1.5% per month (18% per year) late fee will be charged on the balance.
 


Part Time/Home School Program

     First Credit Hour  -  $350

     Each additional credit hour - $450

     Chorus - $100

     Sports Fees/per sport/per child - $50 (must take a minimum of 1 credit hour)


Additional Fees
     Registration/Re-enrollment fee 1st child - $100

     Each additional child - $ 50

 
     Part Time/Home School Program

     Registration Fee - 1st child  -  $ 50

     Each additional child - $ 25

Supply/Curriculum Costs
 

Conventional Fees (Grades 1-8)
For Conventional students (grades 1-8) the cost is $125.00 per year. This will be billed in 8 monthly installments of $15.63. Kindergarten is $75.00 per year, making it 8 monthly installments of $9.38

 

PACES (High School)

Parents are billed monthly for the cost of PACES used that month by their students (grades 9-12). This cost varies directly with the amount of work completed by the student. An average cost is $15.00-$20.00 per month per child. 

 

Home School Program Supply Fees

Textbooks used by home school students will be pro-rated.  PACES used by home school students will be billed as completed.

 

Additional Billable Supplies

     Baseball Uniform Rental - $40.00 per student

     Basketball Uniform Rental - $20.00 per student

     Volleyball Uniform Rental - $20.00 per student

     Choir Uniform Rental - $20.00 per student

     Elective workbooks - $3.50 each

     PACES -  $2.50 each

     Flags (High School) - $1.00 each

     Micro Meals - $1.00 each

     Juice - $0.30 each

     Communication Envelope Late Fee - $.25 a day

     Other misc. student supplies - at cost

     Spanish Textbooks - at cost

     Broken items - at cost

 

Supplies will be billed monthly and are due the 25th of the month.  Invoices not paid within 60 days of invoice date are subject to a 1.5% per month (18% per year) finance charge on the outstanding balance.
